Every December we run a Christmas raffle which we usually draw at a party in Ward 4A. We always try to offer big value prizes. Last year, for example, the top prize was a £200 John Lewis voucher. Some of our supporters kindly donated various smaller prizes. If you’d like to donate something, we’d be thrilled to receive it.
Please let us know if you can help by emailing us.
Donate equipment to Ward 4A
Because our exercise equipment gets so much use, we need professional gym-standard kit which is covered by maintenance agreements. We regret that we are not able to accept domestic gym equipment such as home treadmills and exercise bikes. Local businesses are sometimes kind enough to donate equipment. So that their generosity and our appreciation are duly noted, we are happy to fix little plaques with the names of the donors to the kit. If you or your company would like to find out more about helping us in this way, please email us .
Many supporters are good enough to remember us in their Wills. You can do this in various ways, which you can read about in this information sheet. So that they are absolutely legal, Wills need to be done in a very specific way. We strongly recommend that you discuss your intentions with a qualified legal advisor or specialist Will-writer. If you are a UK taxpayer please remember to opt in to Gift Aid when you donate. This means that for every £1 you give, the Government will top up your donation to £1.25.
